1. Acceptance of Terms

By browsing, registering an account on, or purchasing digital assets from DeeleepAI ("the Service", "we", "us", or "our"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy.

If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, organization, or legal entity, you represent and warrant that you possess full legal authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

2. Commercial License Tiers

Every purchase on DeeleepAI includes a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide digital license to use, modify, and customize the source code and design components. We offer two clear commercial tiers:

3. Digital Delivery & Lifetime Updates

Upon verified payment confirmation, access to the template archive (.zip file containing complete source code, configuration files, and design assets) is granted immediately in your DeeleepAI account dashboard and delivered via an authenticated download link.

Purchasing a template grants you access to all future version updates, bug fixes, dependency upgrades, and framework patches released by the author for that template at no additional cost.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the immediate digital delivery and irreversible nature of source code files, digital purchases on DeeleepAI are generally non-refundable once the file has been downloaded.

However, your satisfaction is our highest priority. We provide a 14-Day Defect Guarantee under the following circumstances:

• The template source code suffers from a verifiable technical defect or syntax breakage not caused by your local environment, and our support team is unable to provide a fix within 48 hours of reporting.
• The product delivered is materially different from the live preview demo or advertised feature list.
• You were mistakenly charged multiple times for the same transaction.

To request an inspection or refund, please submit a ticket through our Contact Center including your order reference number.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights, trademarks, brand assets, and platform source code of DeeleepAI remain the sole property of DeeleepAI Inc. and its licensors.

The purchase of a template confers a license to use the code, not an assignment of copyright ownership. You may not claim authorship or ownership of the original base template design.

6. Prohibited Uses & Resale

You agree not to engage in any of the following unauthorized activities:

• Resale & Redistribution: You may not sub-license, resell, share, lease, or redistribute raw source code files or modified derivatives on any marketplace, torrent, or public repository.
• Site Generators: You may not incorporate DeeleepAI templates into a website builder, theme generator, or print-on-demand service where third parties can extract raw components.
• Reverse Engineering: You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with DeeleepAI platform APIs or licensing verification mechanisms.

7. Warranty & Limitation of Liability

Templates and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we thoroughly test all submissions for security, responsiveness, and performance, DeeleepAI does not warrant that code execution will be entirely uninterrupted or error-free in all third-party hosting environments.

In no event shall DeeleepAI, its directors, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the templates.
